During his younger age, Bart chanced to engage in a land development firm. Though diverse from that of his field of studies, the exposures and training were equally advantageous in that they gained him further knowledge, versatility and a name that required him less effort at the time when he had to start his own business.

 

At the height of the urbanization in the country, many establishments demanded for land development and builders. To be responsive to the development of history and the signs of the times, B. A. Cuenca Construction & Heavy Equipment Resources (BAC) came into existence on January 1998 and was registered as a single proprietorship establishment with the Department of Trade and industry. It was organized under and by virtue of the Republic of the Philippines, duly registered with Security and Exchange Commission and currently accredited by the Philippine Contractor’s Accreditation Board under Category AM for general building and general engineering .

 

The goal of BAC in the Philippine setting today is the freedom of the Filipino people and nation oppressive life structures. This further results in consciousness.
